This 2 bed, 2 bath apartment suite (850 sq ft) with living room, kitchen, solarium, and storage is located in the heart of downtown at a very convenient location - everything is close by! Looking for considerate, clean, and respectful tenants who like a tidy home and will take care of the apartment as if it were their own. Absolutely no smoking in the suite. Some features: - The suite is very quiet even though it's centrally located downtown - Never gets hotter than the outside temperature in summer months - Flexible with furniture - can be fully unfurnished too - Each room has a dedicated bathroom, one bathroom is ensuite - Additional generous storage room located inside the suite - In-suite washer/dryer and dishwasher - Building amenities: gym, pool table, ping pong table, sauna - Secured bike racks available in parking lot underneath the building - Secured parking spot rental available for $100 extra a month - Pets welcome!
