This conveniently located recently remodeled 4-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is available for rent is right off Broadway, just 3 blocks from the University of Oregon. The apartment has been freshly painted, with a new bathroom and kitchen floor, new bathroom vanity and light, and brand new appliances. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are skylights throughout the home to offer lots of light all year long. Washer/dryer for tenant use on site in the basement. Located between Downtown and the West University neighborhoods, this building is a short walk of just a few blocks from countless restaurants and shops, Whole Foods and UO. Easy walk anywhere downtown or around the university. There is limited on site parking including one reserved spot next to the unit. __________________________________________________ Application Submission: Applications will be accepted starting 6/18/24 at 11 AM. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power, water & sewer and internet/cable if desired. Owner/Agent pays for refuse service. Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer in basement. Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping and exterior care. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
