The apartment has been freshly painted, with a new bathroom and kitchen floor, new bathroom vanity and light, and brand new appliances. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There are skylights throughout the home to offer lots of light all year long. Washer/dryer for tenant use on site in the basement. Located between Downtown and the West University neighborhoods, this building is a short walk of just a few blocks from countless restaurants and shops, Whole Foods and UO. Easy walk anywhere downtown or around the university. Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property. We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $40 per adult applicant. Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
