There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. A 6% processing fee applies to all credit card payments and is non-refundable. Guests must be 25 and up to rent and provide a copy of their photo ID within 72 hours of booking. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Trash should be bagged and placed in provided bins; excess trash will incur an additional cleaning fee of $300. No parties or events are allowed, and any evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Pets are allowed with a $50 upfront fee per pet and a $45 fee per night per pet thereafter. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please ensure pets are leashed at all times outside and clean up after them. Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, or an excessive cleaning fee will be applied. All pet fees must be paid prior to arrival. The pool is closed at sundown. No glass in the pool or spa area. No running, jumping, or diving in the pool or spa. Parents must be responsible for their children. The water heater temperature control should be left at 140 degrees. Please leave all items and furniture in the same place you found them. No daily maid service is included. Please bag all loose trash and put it in waste bins provided. Do not overfill trash bins. Any excess trash, waste, or any other mess resulting in additional cleaning will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
