The neighborhood offers convenient car access to restaurants, cafes, groceries, and shopping within minutes, and is within walking distance to a park and hiking areas. It's approximately 15 minutes to the historic Mesilla district, 10 minutes to New Mexico State University, 20 minutes to the Organ Mountains National Monument, 45 minutes to White Sand National Park, 60 minutes to Alamogordo, and 90 minutes to Cloudcroft. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 6 am. All guests must be part of the reservation, and no outside guests are allowed without prior approval. Please do not wear shoes inside the home. The third bedroom is featured as a flex room, with a writer's / work desk and a peloton bike.
