If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when unattended, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all pet waste must be cleaned up. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair or damage is found.
