Relax in the bright living area featuring a cozy sofa and a large Smart TV. There is also a second Smart TV in the bedroom, so you can enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of bed. The sleek, modern kitchen has stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee machine and is fully stocked for a seamless move-in experience. Designed for long-term living, the unit includes a private, in-unit washer and dryer and a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower. The layout is ideally suited for a couple or a single traveler looking for a detached, private space rather than a busy apartment complex. Enjoy the independence of your own entrance and the tranquility of a home located on a serene, residential street overlooking a lush canyon. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet if you did not disclose that you would bring pet/s during your stay, and they have not been added to the reservation prior to check-in. For all stays of 31 days or longer, a monthly cleaning service is required for an additional fee of $150 per month, which includes a full deep clean, refreshing the space, changing linens, and ensuring the home stays clean and comfortable throughout your stay. The home is in a centrally located neighborhood of Allied Gardens with easy access to the main highways (I8, I15 and I5), and it is within walking distance of a strip mall with a grocery shop. Allied Gardens is a very walkable neighborhood, but one does require a car to get around town. Driveway parking and free street parking are available at all times of the day. Booking requires guests to be 25 and up to rent. Smoking is allowed only outdoors on the sun deck in front of the house or in the backyard. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors at any time, and the fine is $250. Outside guests or parties are not allowed on the property during your stay; only the registered guests are allowed. Unauthorized guests will be charged an extra fee of $250 for guests that are not included on the initial reservation and have not been disclosed at the time of check-in. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Please clean up after your pet at all times and ensure there is no urine or waste left anywhere on the property, including the surrounding neighborhood. Please be mindful of quiet hours (no music or loud noise after 8 PM, siesta time 12-3 PM). Check-in time is 4 PM. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking, or we reserve the right to cancel.
