The apartment features two bedrooms, with Bedroom 1 offering a king-size bed and Bedroom 2 featuring a queen-size bed. Each queen bed comes with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a duvet cover plus insert, two pillows with pillowcases, two bath towels, and two washcloths. Each full bathroom is equipped with a hand towel and a bath mat. Check-in is at 4 PM, with instructions provided an hour prior, and check-out is at 11 AM. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited, with deodorizing fees starting at $500 for violations. Parties or events are not allowed, and any violations will result in full responsibility for city fines and loss of the security deposit. Noise complaints will result in police involvement and forfeiture of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked to specific temperature ranges for your comfort.
