Located on one of the most well-connected streets in Vancouver, and with doorstep access to the 4/44/84 bus lines, 4615 is a beautiful home with a grand back porch and a cozy spirit. This home provides the opportunity for a warm atmosphere for its residents, but also lively excitement due to its closeness to one of the most luxurious beaches in Vancouver. Spanish banks is filled with volleyball nets, incredible sunsets and mountainside views, and has developed an individual relationship with all of us at the house who has had the privilege of enjoying this estate. The house itself is a two-unit home, meaning there is a basement and first floor suite, each floor containing a kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The upstairs unit has three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room, whereas the downstairs has the same, with only two bedrooms. Rather than most traditional two-unit homes, this home isn’t divided or sectioned off, allowing for a whole-home experience and community. Amenities include gas and electric stovetops, in-unit laundry, BBQ, large countertops, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, you name it and we’ve got it. Not to mention a full front and back yard, a driveway and streetside parking. Your future roommates are students and young professionals aged between 21-26. We value respect, communication, camaraderie and cleanliness in order to responsibly enjoy this valuable space that we share.
