Property Id: 2447671 Hello, we are look for a tenant for a one-bedroom apartment on 57th St. South. Just a few blocks up from Gulfport Bvld. It's about a five min bike ride to downtown Gulfport, with easy access to the Pinellas trail. We are pet friendly. We are also very open and supportive of the LGBT community. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, an oven with an electric range top. On the other side there is a large countertop with room for stools on the opposite side. The living room has space for a couch, I am open to adding or removing shelfing, or installing a T.V. mount, based on your needs. The bathroom has a brand-new vanity. We also put in new doors on the bathroom and bedroom for added privacy. The bedroom has a new floor and is huge with plenty of room for a desk and a bed, as well as a closet for storage. Outside there is private parking and a large fenced in yard with a beautiful patio space. There are planters and lots of room for patio furniture, a fire pit, a shed, or a canopy. There is also a washer and dryer outside in the utility closet. If this seems like a great fit for you I would love to set up a showing. My name is Crystal and I live on the property in one of the other units. I also take care of the house for my parents that live across town.
