About 1275 Hamilton Street
The apartment is a beautiful loft style unit with exposed original wood beams and hardwood floor. There is central heating and air conditioning, as well as in-unit laundry. The building is a historic brick warehouse that was converted to condos in 2002, giving an upscale urban feel. We renovated the apartment in early 2025. There are new kitchen appliances (gas stove) and updated bathroom fittings. It is located in the heart of Yaletown, close to many of Vancouver’s best patios, boutiques, and restaurants. The area is extremely walkable to transit, grocery stores, convenience stores, and has easy access to the seawall and green spaces like David Lam Park.
