This pet-friendly home balances relaxation, entertainment, and convenience, giving you a comfortable base for time spent together. Feel at home in this property that accommodates up to 8 guests. This home features a main living room with ample seating, an extendable dining table, and a smart TV with Roku. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel electric stove and oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Enjoy the game room in the basement with shuffleboard, two arcade games, and an N64 connected to a smart TV. For your comfort, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, towels, bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, a washer, a dryer, and an iron are included. A paid crib and pack ’n play/travel crib are available upon request. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. This home is close to restaurants, shopping, downtown Cleveland, and the airport, making it ideal for dining, entertainment, or ease of travel. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking is permitted outside. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee. No underage consumption or drugs are permitted. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. The hot tub cleanliness fine is $250. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
