You're just a short drive to the best of the Emerald Coast, including the beaches and coastal dune lakes along 30A, local galleries and shops, delicious dining options, and the iconic communities of Seaside, Grayton Beach, and WaterColor. A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around, as the home is not within walking distance to the beach or major shops.
