Located just 10 minutes from city amenities, this home is conveniently situated less than half a mile from the Erie Canal, which is great for fishing. Clay's Park Resort, featuring a swimming lake and activities, is also less than 10 minutes away and hosts concerts throughout the year. The nearest bus stop is a short walk away, and ride-share options are readily available. Access to the main floor is via approximately 15 steps from the garage. The water may have a mild sulfur smell, which is natural for well water and safe to use. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and any violation will result in termination of the reservation without a refund and additional cleaning fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
