This home features a main level with two king bedrooms, an upstairs with two bedrooms containing a total of six twin beds and one double bed, and a basement with a large bedroom. This thoughtfully designed home includes a game room with a 55" smart TV, wood fireplace, shuffleboard, PacMan machine, pool table, and board games. The updated kitchen features bar seating, a large island, and a coffee/tea station. There is also a kids' play area, highchair, and pack n' play. Enjoy the three-season porch with a retractable garage door that includes a dining set, bar top, furniture, and smart TV. The backyard boasts 100-year-old oak trees, spacious furniture, games, a fire pit, and a gas grill. Two pets maximum are allowed per stay for a fee. A 1-5 night stay is $150. For stays of 6 nights or longer, you'll be charged $150 + $40 per day for nights 6 and beyond. Located a 10-minute drive from downtown Rockford, this oasis is close to many attractions.
