For longer stays or business travel, having a car is recommended for maximum flexibility. Absolutely no smoking is allowed, and there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police, and the contract will be terminated immediately.
