This home offers a modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities, a full-sized arcade game (NBA Jam), and a flat-screen TV. The main level features a cozy bedroom with a twin bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three beautifully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a plush queen bed and high-quality mattress. One of the bedrooms features a remodeled attached bathroom. A security system is included. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Enjoy the convenience of being 4 minutes from Edgewater Beach and 14 minutes from the airport. The driveway can fit around 4 vehicles, and there is also additional free on-street parking available. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and noise should be kept to a minimum outside. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund, and you will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats are allowed. No indoor smoking, underage consumption, drugs, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. If you violate any of the house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
