Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, and $300 for 29+ days. It's just 3 minutes to the downtown core and Fanshawe College, with convenient access to public transit right outside your door. Uber, taxi, lift and public transit are all available in this area. Quiet hours start at 10pm until 8am. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine. Pets are not allowed on fabric couches, chairs, and beds, and any evidence or damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. Guests will be charged $500.00 for parties and/or undeclared social gatherings. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. The rear fire escape is to only be used during an emergency, and the stairs must be clear of all obstructions. Please ensure the rear door and wooden gate are closed at all times. There is a late check-out penalty of $100/hr after 11:00 a.m. If any of the listing rules are abused, you will be subject to additional charges and your reservation may be terminated. You will be asked to vacate immediately without refund. The door may not lock automatically, so you will have to make sure it is locked before you leave the apartment.
