This spacious 4-bedroom duplex with 2.5 bathrooms and a sofa bed accommodates up to 9 guests. Each unit features a warm and inviting living room with sectional sofas (one with a sofa bed), a wall-mounted Smart TV, and an open layout leading to the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, cookware, dishwashers, and bar or table seating, making cooking and gathering simple and enjoyable. Both units feature finished basements with bonus spaces perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or watching TV. Each side also includes a washer and dryer for your use. Enjoy two separate outdoor areas with patios, comfortable seating, and a propane grill for cookouts, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Garage parking is available for 2 vehicles (one per unit), plus space for 3–4 additional cars in the driveway. Free street parking is also available nearby. A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125, and requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Located just 9 miles from downtown Cleveland, this duplex is near shops, dining, and local spots. Parties are strictly prohibited, and any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, plus additional cleaning and damage fees. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, as excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and a $500 fine will be imposed for violations. Underage drinking, drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay, and undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
