Free on-site parking is available for three cars. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. This is a multi-family home with long-term tenants living upstairs, although there are no shared spaces with these tenants other than an area near the side door (you will have your own private access), the parking lot, and the basement and hallway area leading down to laundry. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside; excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am will incur a $500 fine. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund, and you will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. No cats are allowed.
