The private backyard oasis awaits, where you can unwind in the large, fully fenced-in yard featuring a brand new, vibrant pool and hot tub. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening swim. Linens are provided. The pool can be heated for a fee starting at $50.00, based on the length of your stay. Please inquire for a specific quote at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival if you would like this service. Walk to casinos, restaurants, and downtown from this centrally located home. Please minimize noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. The city of Biloxi also has a noise ordinance within the same time frame. No loud music, profanity, or boisterous noises are allowed at any time of the day or night. The maximum occupancy is 8 people, and no more than 8 people are allowed on the property. There is a limit of 4 cars to be parked in the driveway, and no street parking is allowed. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the home, including vapes, e-cigs, cigarettes, and marijuana. Check-in and check-out times are strict. No animals are allowed. No glass is allowed in or around the pool/hot tub, and guests are asked not to enter the pool/hot tub from the beach. Failure to follow these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation, and the partner reserves the right to evict any guest who fails to adhere to the house rules with no refund. Sleeping arrangements include a master suite with a king-size bed and two additional cot beds, guest room 1 with a queen-size bed, and guest room 2 with another queen-size bed.
