Cleaning during your stay is available on weekdays for an additional fee of $150. Paid parking on the premises is available through Laz Parking. Check-in is between 3 and 11 pm, and you will receive the key from the reception. Check-ins from 11 pm onwards can be accommodated for a $100 fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and the building management can impose fines of up to $500 for violations. A fee of $250 will be charged for any missing or replacement keys or incident of lockout. We provide one key fob per booking. If an additional key fob is needed, it can be arranged with a refundable deposit of $250. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided all key fobs are returned in good condition.
