The living room is the perfect location for the family to relax, watch a movie, and enjoy each other's company with 2 comfortable sofas and two 55-inch flat-screen TVs, one on the main floor and one in the basement. Both kitchen areas feature numerous cooking appliances and spacious countertops with a beautiful island in the middle, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, sink with hot & cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. There are also 3 dining tables that fit the entire family and friends. Free parking is available. Adventure through Brampton and the region easily from this prime location, just 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from downtown Brampton. Quiet hours start at 10 pm until 8 am the following morning. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine. Pets are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds, and any evidence or damages as a result will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. Guest will be charged $500.00 for parties and/or undeclared social gatherings. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Security cameras monitor the entrance of the home for the safety and security of the home and our guests. Do not touch/tamper with these cameras, as any form of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. A noise sensor measures the decibel level inside the stay, and tampering with this noise device will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. There are additional fees associated with pets: $25/day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, and $300 for 29+ days. There is a late check-out penalty of $100/hr after 11:00 a.m. in case of a delayed check-out.
