This home also has a living room, TVs, DVD, wet bar, Keurig coffeemaker, formal dining room, additional den, 2 primary bedrooms with a whirlpool tub in the main primary bedroom, large garage, and front porch with hammock and rocking chairs. For your entertainment, there are DVD players, a stocked book library with board games, a portable basketball hoop located in the garage, and high-speed wireless Internet. This property is equipped with an exterior security camera. Every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks from one of our recommended vendors. Grocery delivery and in-home chef services can also be arranged, as well as a qualified babysitter. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 5. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property.
