Located on the 2nd floor (Suite 2) of a 3-level building, the apartment requires climbing one flight of stairs. This beautifully appointed apartment features a modern interior. The living room has a leather sofa, two armchairs, several accent tables, a 50-inch 4K TV, and a cozy workspace ('murphy' desk). There is a Tivoli audio model one AM/FM radio with Bluetooth. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven and a Bosch dishwasher, new cookware, cutlery, dishes, and glassware. Gower Street has a walkable score of 98 and is mere steps to all of the history, fine dining, shopping, and nightlife that St. John's is known for. Stroll through the colorful Battery at the entrance to St. John's harbor or hike Signal Hill, a national historic site with stunning coastal and city views. Cabot Tower can be seen from the living room and from the patio. Several grocery/convenience stores, including Food for Thought and Halliday’s Meats, are just a few doors down on Gower Street. Moo Moos Ice Cream and Coffee Matters are also a short walking distance on King’s Road. Snow removal is the responsibility of the guest if it is snowing during their stay.
