This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 580 sq ft of living space and a spacious living room. Signature offers a great indoor/outdoor living experience with a giant terrace, complete with a first-class barbecue, dining table, and lounge area. The decor is a combination of American and European influences. The spacious living room features a 75" TV, and the modern kitchen has all the comforts. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, 55” TV, and custom-made walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is modern and luxuriously furnished with an extra-large walk-in shower with rain shower and sitting area, toilet, and double sink. Bedroom 2 is also furnished with a king-size bed, TV, and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, TV, and wardrobe. Both bedrooms share the second bathroom, furnished with a walk-in shower, double sink, and access to a separate toilet. A separate room with a washer and dryer is available. If you bring your own boat, there is parking space for your boat trailer directly below the home. The resort offers free use of the boat ramp. On request and upon availability, a boat slip can be rented (up to 26 ft). Free use of a kayak is included. A communal pool is available at the partner Marina Resort. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a fee, but pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden, but smoking is allowed on the outdoor patio. If you are with more guests, please do not park the cars on the grass next to the house (or another house). This is a house on stilts, you can park cars and trailers underneath the house. A maximum of 2 cars on the driveway are allowed. Cars on the grass will be towed at your own expenses. The marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for fishing, boating, paddle boarding, and dolphin and manatee spotting.
