Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed on fabric couches, chairs, or beds, and any evidence of this will result in additional cleaning charges. No parties or undeclared social gatherings are allowed, and guests will be charged $500 for breaking this rule.
