The fully stocked large kitchen and living room, equipped with a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, Crave, Disney+, and more, ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay. Super high-speed Wi-Fi and a modern bathroom are included. Guests have full, private access to the backyard patio and newly installed fire-pit. Furry friends are welcome with additional fees of $25/day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, and $300 for 29+ days. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. Conveniently located just off Oxford St, this home is minutes away from Bellwood Plaza for groceries, LCBO, and eateries. It's also a short 5-7 minute drive to Western University, Fanshawe College, and Downtown London, with easy access to public transit. Quiet hours start at 10pm until 8am. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds, and any evidence or damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. No parties or undeclared social gatherings are allowed, and guests will be charged $500 for breaking this rule. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be advised that the door may not lock automatically, so you will have to make sure it is locked before you leave the house. Security cameras monitor the entrance of the home for safety and security, and tampering with these cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. A noise sensor measures the decibel level inside the stay, and tampering with this noise device will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. If any of the listing rules are abused, you will be subject to additional charges and your reservation may be terminated. There is a late check out penalty of $100/ hr. after 11:00 a.m. in case of a delayed checkout. Please do not use the wooden steps as they're currently damaged.
