Fully renovated in 2023, this stylish condo combines modern furnishings with a bright, coastal-inspired design and open living spaces perfect for gathering. The spacious bedrooms feature plush Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The living room has a 65” Smart TV with Roku and Netflix, and an Xbox. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, snack, or pack a beach lunch. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. Take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool and pick fresh fruit from the property’s fruit trees. Pets less than 60lbs are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and some of South Padre Island’s best restaurants, cafés, and bars are a short stroll away. This family-friendly neighborhood is lively and walkable, and close to water activities, local attractions, and island entertainment. South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure with minimal traffic and a laid-back atmosphere. The island is exceptionally well-kept, with clean streets and a welcoming environment. Getting around is a breeze, with everything from charming cafés to popular restaurants and local shops just a short walk or drive away. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, and firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival.
