Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is strictly outdoors only. Unauthorized late check-outs may be charged twice the nightly rate. Each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $200 per person/pet per day/night fee. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are welcome with advance notice, subject to approval, and counted as half a guest toward the guest count. Tampering or disconnecting security camera, smoke detectors, noise monitor or other security devices will result in a $1000 fine. A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, a $1,000 violation fee may apply, as it could risk the suspension of your listing or account.
