The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats and dogs are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $35 for up to two hours, subject to availability with 24 hours' notice. Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. There is a strict no-party policy. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and around the building, and a fine of $500 will be imposed for any signs of smoking. Unauthorized guests are not allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a $500 late check-out fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of the quiet hours rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.
