This condo offers a prime location, just a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. This condo features an open floor plan with spacious living and dining areas, tastefully appointed with plenty of seating. Enjoy a 55" flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, a separate loveseat, and a large dining table seating 6, plus an additional dining table on the ocean-facing covered balcony. The fully stocked galley-style kitchen boasts stainless appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite includes a full-sized bed, a twin bed, his and hers closets, a flat-screen TV, an updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also has a full-sized bed and a twin bed, along with back balcony access and additional seating overlooking the pool and hot tub deck. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Don't forget to bring your own beach and pool towels. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North, this condo is close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's are across the street, and the renowned Sea Captain's House with an oceanfront bar is a 3-block walk away. You'll be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. There is a key on the kitchen counter to unlock the dumpster door. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. Please hang provided parking passes from your vehicle's rear view mirror or place on the dashboard. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots.
