Welcome home to this three-bedroom, one-bath single-family home in St. Paul! Located on a quiet street, close to parks, schools, shopping, restaurants, and easy freeway access! The main level offers the living room/dining area with hardwood floors, the kitchen, a full-bath, a main-floor bedroom and a three-season porch. The upper level has two bedrooms and a cozy loft space. The lower level has plenty of storage space and the laundry. Bring your pets! Cats and dogs welcome! Two small pets are allowed or one medium-sized dog. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee, $40 pet rent for the first pet, $60 for two. Breed restrictions will apply. Tenants are responsible for all utilities including a monthly trash charge of $45 and a monthly $12 admin fee. Tenants are also responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
