Feel at home in this spacious single-family home offering approximately 1,620 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, blending modern upgrades with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. This property features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Inside, the open layout provides plenty of room for families or groups to spread out comfortably, with updated finishes throughout. Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort, while the three full bathrooms make mornings and post-beach cleanups effortless. A starter supply of essential items for your arrival is provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay, and guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed. Parking is available at the home, making day trips along the Space Coast simple and convenient. Only dogs are permitted at this property, and a $100 pet fee per dog, per stay, applies. This home sits in a quiet, well-established residential area of Cocoa Beach that feels relaxed and local while still being close to everything visitors love about the Space Coast. You are minutes from the beach, riverfront spots, and neighborhood parks, with easy access to local restaurants, surf shops, and casual bars. The area is known for its laid-back coastal vibe, morning walks, bike rides, and quick trips to watch cruise ships head out of Port Canaveral. Getting around is easy and flexible, and many guests enjoy walking or biking to nearby beach access, parks, and local dining. Driving is quick for reaching downtown Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Village, Port Canaveral, and major attractions, and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please follow all safety guidelines, shared space etiquette, and community regulations. Follow all local, state, and federal laws. There is no subleasing or exceeding the approved guest count. Stays are limited to confirmed reservation dates only. Keep the home clean and report maintenance or pest issues promptly. Use amenities at your own risk and supervise children near water at all times. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or fines. Report accidental damage within 24 hours and before checkout. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, and left items are held for 30 days, then donated or discarded. Mailbox access is not available for guests. Digital locks provide easy, contactless self check-in so you can arrive at your convenience. If you need assistance during your stay, the Guest Services team is available to help. For urgent matters, please call the Guest Services number provided. No smoking, vaping, or unauthorized pets are allowed.
