From Columbus Day to Memorial Day, most outdoor items are stored, including the seasonal cabana, umbrellas, and beach seating. Year-round, guests will find fire pit chairs and two chairs near the back door and on the front porch. For stays over 21 days, guests pay utility overages. Located in peaceful Laurel, in the heart of the North Fork, Bahia Mar is near vineyards, scenic farm stands, quiet beaches, and charming local restaurants. Nearby favorites include Grana Trattoria (2.7 mi), Lieb Cellars (5 min), Macari Vineyards (8 min), Love Lane shops (10 min), and Greenport Village (20 min). A car is recommended for exploring North Fork vineyards, farms, and beaches. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children, and is strictly enforced. No pets are allowed. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted; only registered guests are allowed on the property. Exterior cameras may be present for safety and occupancy compliance.
