This house features a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, tons of cabinetry, a large island with high seating, and a coffee maker (Keurig and carafe). The living room includes a 55" smart TV, leathered sofa and chairs, a ceiling fan with light, wooden furniture, ample seating, and balcony access. Enjoy amenities such as an indoor fireplace, a pool table, water activities, and a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a smart TV. There is an in-ground heated pool, an outdoor lounge, ample seating, and poolside loungers. Dog-friendly accommodations are available. If you would like the pool heated, please inquire about its availability prior to booking, as extra fees apply ($125/night). The pool usually heats to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures, with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. Located in a tranquil neighborhood with stunning beachfront views, this house is just a short walk to the beach. Uber and Lyft offer dependable transportation services. Direct beach access from the property is currently unavailable due to ongoing construction and restoration efforts. The backyard landscaping looks different than pictured due to the impact of the 2024 hurricanes. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No pets are allowed. A maximum of 4-5 cars are allowed in the driveway and garage, with parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in the driveway. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the primary guest must complete a screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and pay a non-refundable $60 damage waiver.
