Situated within walking distance to downtown, Lawrence University, the farmers market, entertainment, and city park, you'll feel at home in this safe residential neighborhood. Enjoy the backyard with a gas grill and flexible self check-in and check-out options. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. You will absolutely love this house. The main floor features hardwood floors and a spacious living room with lots of natural light. Enjoy brand new beds and a dedicated office with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Relax with a 55" smart TV in the living room and take advantage of the 1st-floor laundry. While dogs are allowed with a pet fee, cats or any other pets are not accepted. Dogs must be kept off all furniture and beds, fully housebroken, and fully cleaned up after outside. Located in a well-established quiet neighborhood, you can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes or drive there in 3-5 minutes to enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown. Uber and Lyft are always available, and the city is easy to navigate by car. You will have the house completely to yourself, and we are just a text or phone call away if something should come up. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine. Absolutely no parties. Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
