Price: $3,795 20th floor, North Facing - 1200 sq ft – beautiful view The location is on Nelson Street between Hornby and Howe. Close to buses and skytrain on both Burrard and Granville Streets; two minute walk to Robson Street shopping; 10 minute walk to Coal Harbour and the Seawall; two minute walk to Yaletown’s Hamilton and Mainland Streets for delicious restaurants. Walking and biking score for 808 Nelson is 100 out of 100. There are floor-to-ceiling windows which flood the open concept space in natural light all year round. In the summer you will stay cool with individual-controlled air conditioning in all rooms. A/C and heating is included in the rental price. You are responsible for the electrical. There is no balcony, which keeps the noise out; however, there are fresh air intake filtered vents which our maintenance staff change once every three months. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and an intricate tile back splash along with a large island, extra large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and quiet close cupboards and drawers, along with full size washer and dryer in-suite. The two full size bedrooms have a bright, spacious atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows and black out blinds. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with lots of storage and shelving options and the en-suite of the master bedroom features a 2 x 6 shower enclosure with wall-to-wall countertops and 2 sinks. The second bathroom has a full-size tub. The suite comes with a storage locker, gym membership and one random parking spot. Residents of Nelson Square enjoy 24-hour security, on-site maintenance and management staff.
