With arguably the best views in the community, this condo is located directly across the street from a public beach access point and only a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Convention Center. The open floor plan living and dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating. There is a 55" flat-screened TV, queen sleeper sofa and separate loveseat, a large dining table seating 6, and an additional dining table on the balcony for an ocean-facing breakfast or happy hour. The fully stocked open kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite has a queen-sized bed, twin bed, large closet, 40" flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The 2nd bedroom also has 2 twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. There is a Starbucks/Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's house with ocean front bar is a 3 blocks walk away, and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors, and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people, including infants and children. Please treat our home and common areas with the same respect as you would your own. Pool hours are 9 am to 10 pm. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age are allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. No flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. Renters are not allowed to have pets. There is a back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck from the 2nd bedroom balcony.
