Feel at home in this well-kept, updated, and modern condo on the 3rd floor of a building with arguably the best views in the community. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, this apartment is directly across the street from a public beach access point and only a few blocks from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and the Convention Center. The open floor plan living and dining areas are spacious and tastefully appointed with plenty of seating. There is a 55" flat-screened TV, queen sleeper sofa and separate loveseat, a large dining table seating 6, and an additional dining table on the ocean-facing covered balcony. The fully stocked open kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The primary suite has a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, a large closet, a 40" flat-screen TV, a beautifully updated en suite bathroom, and private balcony access. The second bedroom also has two twin beds and back balcony access with additional seating. Back entrance to the pool and hot tub deck is accessible from the back balcony. A car is recommended, but you can also walk several places. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times. Backpack-style beach chairs are available. Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, this apartment is super close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and inland. Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's are across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's House with ocean front bar is a 3-block walk away, and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Boardwalk, and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per citywide ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 6, and maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. Please treat our home and common areas with the same respect as you would your own. Pool hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. No glass or pets are allowed in the pool or surrounding enclosure. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N just to the West of the main parking lot and across from Starbucks. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles shall park in the lots. Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. There is a minimum age requirement of 25.
