The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, large walk-in closet, 35-inch Roku Smart TV, en suite bathroom, and door leading to the sunroom. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, a closet, and an attached bathroom. A large private back porch offers living and dining areas with stunning views of the Ozark Mountains and the lake. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, and shower and lake towels are provided. To access Beaver Lake, all you have to do is make the short, easy walk off the backyard. Once at the property, the nearest boat ramp is at Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6 mi.), the nearest gas station and grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi.), the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi). No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
