Enjoy easy access via car, bus, train, or bike. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking indoors will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and unregistered pets will incur a $500 fine. Unauthorized events will result in a $1,000 fine and removal without refund. Only registered guests are allowed, and undeclared guests will incur a $350 fine per guest per night.
