Free parking is available across the street in the parking garage, with one free parking space for one car and an electric car charging station. Centrally located on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, this condo is close to the strip, blocks away from the Boardwalk, and a short drive to the SkyWheel, Fun Plaza Arcade, and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. For coffee lovers, a Starbucks is conveniently located right across the street. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors.
