This home is a 3 bed/2 bath set up in a split floorplan. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Home has LVP throughout. Each home offers a large kitchen island and separate laundry space. Pets will be considered with prior approval for breed/size. There will be an additional pet rent of $25 a month for each pet in the home. Tenants will not be allowed to place any sheds/storage buildings due to park layout and septic placements. Utilities: Electric: Lumbee River Electric (Tenant will need to set up a personal account) Water: Provided by the Park (Billed to the Tenant on a Quarterly Basis) Sewer: Septic Tank Trash: Tenant is responsible for all trash removal. They may choose to contract with a trash private company of choice OR take their own trash to the Hoke Co. Convenience Site located nearby on Franklin Road. *** Oakmont does NOT list on or Facebook Marketplace and will NEVER ask you to wire/send money to a bank account or using a cash app. All online payments for our company go through our secure property management software, Appfolio.
