The bathrooms have spa-style showers, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer are provided. Parking is available in the open parking lot, limited to 2 mid-size SUVs or smaller. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). A one-time large pet surcharge of $49 applies for 1 large pet (over 35 lbs) or $95 for 2 large pets. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Smoking or tampering with detectors will result in fines up to $2,500 and immediate removal. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. The primary guest must be 21+, and guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee. All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in, including a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing the rental agreement/house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund. No mail or packages may be delivered to the property, and no luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out. Includes a height adjustable standing desk.
