Monroe County ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays and close all doors) or outside of the home. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000.
