Feel at home in this newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom coastal modern home in a gated community overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This home offers spacious interiors, luxurious finishes, and stunning ocean views, with an elevator providing effortless access to all three levels. This home features expansive windows that allow natural light to pour in. Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are available for exploring the serene waters. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided. Pets are welcome with a $50 upfront fee per pet, and a $45 fee per night per pet thereafter. The first night's fee will be waived with the initial flat fee per pet per stay rate of $50. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed. Trailer parking may be available on-site, subject to space limitations and approval, with a trailer parking fee of $25 per day. An event fee of $500 applies for 10 to 15 total attendees, and $800 for 16 to 20 total attendees. Unauthorized attendance fees also apply. Enjoy Key Largo’s vibrant dining and music scene just a short walk away. Thrill-seekers can rent jet skis at the nearby marina. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Monroe County ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the house; any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $1000 smoke remediation fee. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Events and small weddings must be approved in advance. Unauthorized trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles brought onto the property without prior approval may be subject to additional fees and/or may be required to be removed from the property. There are only three parking spaces available on the property. The garage will fit one vehicle. The driveway will allow for 2 additional vehicles parked outside. Please only park on the driveway pertaining to your unit. No boats, jet skis, or other motorized watercraft may be docked, anchored, or launched from the property. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment and the guests will not be permitted to check in to the property. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking or prior to entering the premises if you have a reservation starting soon. Any violation of the house rules can result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund as well as potential charges to reset, reprogram, or any repairs associated with the tampering of items. Any guest who stays after the 11 AM checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Please be aware that on December 2, 2026, an AC maintenance company will be visiting the property to service all AC units between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
