The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up culinary masterpieces, while the spacious dining area ensures everyone can enjoy meals together. This home also features a balcony with a view. Pets are welcome for a fee of $10 per pet per day. This home is centrally located and is a quick commute to many key destinations. Downtown SLC is 10 minutes away, Cottonwood Canyon is 15 minutes away, Snowbird Resort is 30 minutes away, Solitude Ski Resort is 31 minutes away, Alta Ski Area is 31 minutes away and Salt Lake City International Airport is 10 minutes away. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins. Includes two office spaces for remote work or planning your adventures.
