The entire apartment is a short-term month to month rental, 1500Sqft 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. $1656 is your share of the rent, utilities are already included. You will get 1 bedroom and your own private bathroom, shared kitchen, living room and in-suite laundry. High ceilings, heated bathroom floors and the bedroom is furnished. Shared space is furnished. Walking distance from Kitsilano Beach/downtown/cafes/bars/grocery stores/banks/pharmacies. Bus stop is right outside the apartment. There is only street parking, but the city permits are approximately $70.00 for the entire year. About me: I've been living in Vancouver for just over 4 years, working in the Television and Film industry, so I do have quite a busy schedule when I am working, followed by some decent time off. On my time off, I am an active person, spending lots of time at the beach or mountains. I do enjoy going out for drinks with friends. About you: Respectable, reliable, professional, social and clean.
