Studio apartment available in a quiet 20 unit apartment adult building very close to The Oshawa Centre and Radio Park at 173 Westmount st. This is a great location for public transit sith a 2 minute walk to durham public transit, and only 2 km to the Go train. Many amenities within walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs up to it. Tenants would have to pay their own hydro. Water ,heat and one parking spot are included. There are two large and powerful coin operated washers and dryers in the building for 3$ per load. A credit check will be required of tenants. A year lease or month to month agreement is fine.
