This house is live-in ready with a new asphalt roof. The brand-new kitchen includes granite countertops, real wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The open-concept living room features a night lamp and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop with rangehood, oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen wares, cooking utensils, and a dining counter table. Comfort and essentials include air conditioning, a washer, and a dryer. Bicycles are available for your daily exercise and to enjoy roaming around the neighborhood. There are 3-4 parking spots available. Located steps away from restaurants, shopping areas, and parks, this property is in a suitable place for bicycle commuting and recreational cycling, with good access to freeways and major arteries and a low chance of parking problems. It's just minutes to the beach, restaurants, stores of many kinds, downtown St. Pete, and the center of the city of Gulfport. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. While regular pest treatments are performed, occasional insects may appear due to the Florida climate. No refunds are issued for pest sightings. Includes a worktable and chair in the queen bedroom, and a work desk and chair in the single bedroom.
