The serene bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation. The apartment also has a fenced yard with an outdoor dining table, outdoor seating furniture, and 2 ceiling fans. Free parking is available, and the unit may include a designated spot with additional parking nearby. Located in the heart of the exclusive and charming Pass-a-Grille area of St Pete Beach, this apartment offers a peaceful coastal atmosphere just steps from the Gulf. Enjoy scenic walks along the shoreline, stunning sunsets, and easy access to boutique shops, waterfront dining, and local cafés. Getting around Pass-a-Grille and St Pete Beach is effortless from this prime location. Many restaurants, cafés, and beach access points are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the area without a car. For exploring further, driving or rideshares like Uber and Lyft are convenient options. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and cleaners reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty if smoking has taken place. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), there is a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues.
