Feel at home in this meticulously maintained 3-bedroom property, located not far from historic and artsy downtown Ocean Springs and the beautiful beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Luxury Bayou Experience provides all the comforts you need, featuring a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances including an industrial double-sized stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals. A family of eight can be seated at the dining table overlooking the pool. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and there is also a 200-square-foot pool house with an air mattress if needing additional sleeping space. Out back in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find an in-the-ground pool and an outdoor kitchen. Pets are allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $200. The pool can be heated for a fee, and it must be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival. While at the Luxury Bayou Experience you’ll feel completely at home, you'll also find yourself nearby the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. It has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy. The Bayou bar and grill is half a mile away with fantastic food, waterfront views and live music. Lake Mars pier is great for fishing and is also located half a mile away. The driveway is big enough for three cars and the road to the right of the house can accommodate additional parking for a boat or RV if needed. Seven people is the most that can be on the property. A waiver will need to be electronically signed for all people on the property. The guest limit will be strictly enforced. No events or parties of any kind are allowed. Exterior security cameras have been installed for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home in the front and back that record audio and video. The fireplace is not to be used. Use the pool, bikes, and scooters at your own risk. The pet fee is for up to two dogs less than 50 pounds. Inquire if heavier than 50 pounds. A liability waiver due to the pool must be electronically signed before the access code is given. Not doing so before arrival will cause delays checking in.
