Feel at home in this meticulously maintained 3-bedroom property, not far from historic and artsy downtown Ocean Springs and the beautiful beaches of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean space with all the conveniences of home. The property features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an industrial double-sized stainless steel refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your own meals. A family of eight can be seated at the dining table overlooking the pool. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and also provides an extra place to sleep if needed. The TV has YouTube TV, HBO Max, Peacock, and Hulu. Out back in the fully fenced-in yard, you will find an in-the-ground pool and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a 200-square-foot pool house with an air mattress if needing additional sleeping space. Pets are allowed for a fee of $200. The pool heater can be turned on by request 48 hours before arrival for a fee and will be set at 80 degrees. While at the property, you’ll feel completely at home, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself nearby the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs, which has many great restaurants, museums, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, antique stores, and unique gift shops for you to enjoy. The Bayou bar and grill is half a mile away with fantastic food, waterfront views, and live music. Lake Mars pier is great for fishing and is also located half a mile away. Seven people is the most that can be on the property. A waiver will need to be electronically signed for all people on the property. It is not meant for social gatherings. The guest limit will be strictly enforced. No events or parties of any kind are allowed. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety outside of the home in the front and back that record audio and video. The fireplace is not to be used. Use the pool, bikes, and scooters at your own risk. The pet fee is for up to two dogs less than 50 pounds. Inquire if heavier than 50 pounds.
